State Track Results – 400 meter State Champ for SFHS!

Spanish Fork High School has a state champion Isaac Pendleton won the 400 meters at this weekends state track and field championships.  He ran 48.76 which is the second fastest time all time in Spanish Fork history.  Isaac was the only athlete in the 4A division to run in the final of the 100, 200

Athlete of the Week – Daniel Stodtmeister

Daniel Stodtmeister – Soccer Daniel is the team’s leading scorer this year with 13 goals.  He scored 3 goals on Payson last week.  Daniel plays with intensity and energy every game which may explain why he leads the team in yellow cards as well as scoring.

BYU Track Invitational Highlights

The track teams competed at the BYU invitational over the weekend.  The Boys team finished in a tie for 8th place (3rd amongst all 4A teams) out of 61 schools. Top Performances: ​Michael Whittaker took 2nd place in the javelin with a new school record throw of 195′ 9.5″   He is ranked 18th in the

Sports Physicals Offered- May 11th

Physicals Offered!  This will be held at Maple Mountain High School on Wednesday May 11th from 3:30-6:30 PM.  The cost is $20 and the paperwork will be available there at check-in.  Meet in the athletic commons as if you’re going to the basketball gym.  You are required to have a physical prior to trying out

Cambrie Hazel- Athlete of the Week

Kjirsten Collins – New SFHS Cheer Coach

Kjirsten Collins has been involved in cheerleading for 13 years.  She has participated in all-star and high school cheerleading in both Utah and Arizona, and most recently was a cheerleader at Brigham Young University.  Kjirsten choreographed the state-winning competition routine for Salem Hills High School in 2014.  She attended Brigham Young University, where she earned
