All sports Tryouts, Practices as well as Open Fields/Gyms will be suspended for at least the next two weeks by the UHSAA in response to the Governor’s mandate announced Nov 8, 2020. UHSAA will complete the championship tournaments still in progress however. SFHS is not involved in those tournaments at this time. We have tentatively
Open Gym for Wrestling is held each Wed at 6:00pm in the SFHS wrestling room. All potential wrestlers are invited to come workout. Team practices will begin November 9th . There will be both a boys team and a girls team this year. Contact Coach Spencer for more information.

Congratulations to the DONS Wrestling Team in total DONimation at the 5A state divisional tournament this past weekend. Spanish Fork placed 4th as a team, and qualified 12 wrestlers for the upcoming state tournament. State qualifiers are Tate Sorensen at 113 lbs, Bridger Warren at 120 lbs, Evan Prokopiw, and Clayton Orton at 126 lbs,
